1. Adults only
Confessed is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to read, post, vote or comment. If you are under 18, please leave the site. By using Confessed you confirm that you are 18 or older.
2. What Confessed is
Confessed lets people post anonymous confessions, vote on them (support or judge) and comment. Confessions are user-generated content. They are not checked for truth, and they do not represent our views.
3. Your posts
- You are responsible for what you post. Only post things you have the right to share.
- By posting, you give Confessed a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, copy, adapt and share your confession and comments, including as images on our social media accounts, without your name attached.
- Posts can’t currently be edited or deleted by the person who wrote them, because we don’t know who wrote them. Read your post before you share it.
4. What is not allowed
- Real names, addresses, phone numbers, workplaces or anything that could identify a real person.
- Threats, harassment, hate speech, or encouraging violence or self-harm.
- Anything illegal, including sexual content involving anyone under 18, which we report to the authorities.
- Links, spam, advertising or self-promotion.
- Impersonating another person or pretending to be Confessed.
5. Moderation
We may hide, edit or remove any post or comment, and block anyone from using the site, at any time and for any reason, including content reported by other people. Anyone can report a confession; posts reported by several people are hidden automatically until we review them.
6. Not advice, no guarantees
Comments and votes are opinions from strangers, not professional advice. Confessed is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for content posted by users or for any loss arising from using the site.
7. If you need help
If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. Confessed is not a support service.
8. Changes and contact
